A Cozy Stop with Room for Improvement

The spacious suite offered a cozy haven for our stay. The city view was lovely, although the bathroom cleanliness fell short of expectations. Enjoyed the friendly atmosphere during breakfast. the gluten-free option was a thoughtful touch! Tip, pack earplugs if you're sensitive to noise from nearby trains.

Our family had a great time! The location was perfect with a cluster of restaurants nearby and fun activities like miniature golf right across the parking lot. The room setup was also fantastic. We felt relaxed and comfortable during our stay.

We enjoyed the suite with 2 queen beds and a trundle, which had a flat-screen TV, microwave, refrigerator, and seating area for comfort. Breakfast had freshly baked croissants and a good selection of juices. Location was great, close to many restaurants and fun spots like mini golf. Clean facilities added to the overall pleasant experience.

We loved the great variety at breakfast and our comfy Suite with a city view. The indoor pool was a fantastic way to relax after a long drive. The hot tub was a nice bonus! However, the room could’ve been a bit cleaner to meet our expectations. 😊

I loved being just a few steps away from Freeman Lake Park, which was perfect for our family strolls, and the Hardin County History Museum was just a quick drive away, making it easy to explore local history during our stay.

my wife and i stayed for a romantic getaway, and springhill suites truly exceeded our expectations. the room was beautifully designed with a lovely city view. breakfast was exceptional, featuring freshly baked croissants and a variety of beverages that made our mornings delightful.

The breakfast spread was a feast with delightful croissants and plenty of choices to fuel my culinary explorations! Plus, the nearby eateries like Cracker Barrel and Texas Roadhouse had some solid local flavors which made dining out a dream.

While the location was prime for grabbing grub, I was slightly bummed by the inconsistent cleaning service. Having to ask for fresh towels felt off, especially during a busy baseball tournament week. And those trains? They added a unique vibe, but let’s just say, they were a bit loud for my taste!
